How does the personalized postcard mailing service work?

You can browse our beautiful Muskoka landscape photography postcards in the store and select your favourites. You can order cards to send directly to yourself or we can mail them directly to your recipient. Simply, include your custom handwritten message along with the recipient's name and postal address in the Remarks section at the check out and we will send it on its way within 24 hours of receiving your order.

What should I do if my PDF journal does not open?
While technical issues are very rare and files open smoothly on any PDF reader or device, please email us directly at [[email]] if you run into any trouble downloading or opening your document, and we will gladly help you access it right away.

How do I choose the correct gemstone bracelet size?
Measure your wrist snugly with a soft tape measure and compare it against our sizing chart: Small is 16 cm, Medium is 19 cm, and Large is 22 cm.

How should I care for my handmade gemstone bracelets?
To keep your energetic bracelets looking and feeling vibrant for years to come, keep them dry and remove them before swimming, showering, or going to sleep. With gentle everyday care, these bracelets are crafted to last—our founder still wears bracelets created back in 2020!

Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?

We ship orders across Canada via Canada Post from our studio in Gravenhurst, Ontario. Standard parcel delivery within Canada generally arrives within one week of shipment.

What is your policy regarding refunds or exchanges?
Because our products feature custom handwritten mailings, digital instant downloads, and handcrafted jewelry pieces, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
